How I work.
—
I do not begin with goals.
Most people I work with already know how to achieve things.
What is often missing is not motivation.
It is a way of moving through life that still feels honest to them.
What happens in a session
You bring what is present for you.
A decision you keep circling.
A pattern you are beginning to notice.
A sense that something in your life no longer feels fully true.
We start there.
Together, we slow things down enough to see what usually gets passed over, avoided or explained away too quickly.
Often, what first appears to be the issue is not actually the thing underneath it.
Sometimes that leads to practical movement.
Sometimes it leads somewhere deeper first.
What we are doing
This work is not about becoming someone else.
It is about seeing more clearly what has been organising your life from underneath.
The overthinking.
The hesitation.
The self-monitoring.
The ways you narrow yourself without fully realising it.
Part of this work is learning to recognise those patterns while they are happening, rather than only after the fact.
And when that begins to happen, people often find movement returning naturally.
Not because they have forced themselves forward.
But because something is no longer quietly holding them in place.
Who this is for
If you find yourself thinking:
“I think there’s more in me than the life I’m currently allowing myself to live.”
then you probably already know something important.
Usually, people arrive here when the ways they have learned to operate no longer feel aligned with who they are becoming.
Not because their life is collapsing.
Often, from the outside, it still looks functional.
But underneath that, they may notice themselves:
Overthinking.
Holding back.
Circling decisions.
Hesitating around things that matter.
Staying loyal to identities, roles or expectations that no longer fully fit.
This work is about seeing those patterns clearly enough that they no longer quietly organise your life from the background.
And from there, people often begin moving in ways that feel more honest, more alive and more fully their own.
Who this is not for
If you are looking for someone to push you harder toward goals that no longer feel fully yours, this probably is not the right fit.
And while these conversations can be deep and personal, they are not therapy or clinical support.
The structure
I do not run this as open-ended weekly coaching by default.
We usually start with a short sequence.
Most people begin with 4 sessions.
That is enough time to see what is actually here, rather than trying to resolve it in one conversation.
After that, we decide whether continuing makes sense.
Begin
If this feels relevant, start with a conversation.
You do not need to know exactly what you want.
Only that something in the way you are living no longer feels the way it used to.
Sometimes that is the beginning.
