This is not a sales call.
It is a chance to speak directly about what has been happening and see whether the work feels useful.
You can bring whatever is present.
A decision you keep circling.
A pattern you are beginning to notice.
Or simply the sense that something about your life no longer fits in the same way.
There is nothing to prepare.
A short sequence
If the work feels aligned, we usually begin with a small number of sessions rather than ongoing weekly coaching.
Most people begin with four conversations.
That is usually enough time for patterns, tensions and underlying directions to become clearer than they first appeared.
Sessions are spaced apart to allow time for things to unfold between conversations, rather than forcing immediate resolution.
After that
Some people continue.
Some do not.
There is no expectation either way.
We decide based on whether the work is genuinely helping something move.

Sessions are private and one-to-one.
