What happens in a session?
Online Coaching
We meet on Zoom.
There’s no set agenda unless there is something specific you want to discuss.
No performance. No pressure to explain yourself.
You can bring something that’s alive for you,
or just come as you are — uncertain, quiet, curious.
I’ll meet you there with presence and care.
Not to guide or direct, but to reflect and be with what’s real.
This is a different kind of space.
One where you're not asked to do anything — only to arrive as yourself.
In-person Coaching
I occasionally do in-person sessions with clients.
The most important thing is to have a location that is quiet and private enough to support real, honest conversation.
